Starting our day, we take the lovely 45' apprx drive towards “Sami” Port and we board the ferry-boat to Piso- Aetos port in Ithaka a ride that will last apprx 45'.
From Piso Aetos port we begin our tour of Ithaka.
Our first stop after 15', s to the capital of the island, the little town of “Vathy”, where we have a stop to visit the museums & churches, go shopping and have some free time to explore & enjoy the town.
Leaving "Vathy" we pass by the charming "Lazaretto" island situated in the center of Vathi bay and we head for our next destination.
Continuing our excursion, we take a 50' ride through amazing landscapes towards the charming “Kioni Bay” to have lunch.
After Kioni village we take our bus again for a brief ride of 25' and passing by the village of Frikes, we head towards our last stop - the village of “Stavros”.
There we have a stop to taste the delicious local dessert "Rovani" and admire the bust of Odysseus, the old church of “Sotiros” (Savior) as well as the beautiful “Polis Bay” a beach of great beauty.
Finishing our tour, we take our way back and within 30' we reach to “Piso Aetos” port for the ferry ride back (45') to our base after a day of mythological splendor.
