Take a tour with your Chef/Guide through Darajani for the market tour and learn on our culture of buying and have some Zanzibar local Market experience. After shopping, we will take a private transfer to Kizimbani Village in the central part of Zanzibar to Taste and Smell The Island Spices & Herbs in the Spice Farm. A walk through the farms as spice farms workers climb trees, seek out specific plants and cuts off various barks, letting you see, feel and taste everything. You will be decorated with palm-leaf accessories such as ties, rings, bracelets and glasses.
End your day with Exotic Swahili Cooking Lessons in the local spice farm. The chef will guide you to use the ingredients and practice the cooking in Zanzibar styles.
