Beginners will be grouped separately from certified divers in general. Private instructor is available should you prefer to dive with your parties.

All change and cancellation must be requested 48 hours prior to the trip check-in time.

Non-certified beginners shall review our medical questionnaire prior to book this tour. The purpose of the review shall ensure ample time in obtaining licensed physician's consent for diving activities before checkin. Failed medical questionnaire at check in without doctor's consent will forfeit all reimbursement if not cancelled within 48 hours. Please meet at our dive shop 15 minutes prior to the scheduled dive time. If you are late beyond 15 minutes of your trip schedule, your trip will be cancelled for no show, without reimbursement.

We do not accept email changes or cancellations. You must call the shop to initiate.

Important Policy Information and Disclaimer:
+ If you are scuba diving: **You cannot fly and dive on the same day**. Depending on the diving depth, you are advised to wait a **minimum of 18 hours** after your dive before boarding an airplane. It can increase your risk of **Decompression Sickness** or **"the bends"** due to decreased ambient pressure on the plane. It's your responsibility to inform the shop for your flight schedule.

+ While safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before your trip. We reserve the right to deny service for your safety.

+You can't dive if you are pregnant.

+ For beginners, non-certified divers or new students, it's your responsibility to carefully review the PADI discovery diver information and medical questionnaires.

Cancellations due to absence of required Medical consent after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.

For any damaged the rental gear including wetsuit due to negligence of the customer, the customer is responsible to reimburse in full to Waikiki Dive Center.
