What you'll see

Join us for an excursion through the agricultural heartland of Banderas Bay. This 6-hour tour begins in the Human Connections office in Bucerias with coffee and an introduction. From there, we will travel inland through the picturesque countryside, stopping at a historic town on the way to our first visit with a local artisan in their workshop. There, you will hear their story and receive an interactive lesson in their area of expertise. Possible visits include a potter’s workshop, the home of a master tamale maker, or a florist’s tropical orchard filled with exotic fruits and flowers.

Your trip will end with an authentic, farm-to-table meal at a family-owned ranch where you will learn about the agricultural lifestyle of the region and make your own tortillas and fresh cheese.
