Detailed itinerary

Our travel representative along with driver will meet you at your hotel at 07:45 am. You will be briefed about your Same day tour to Ranthambore and will hand over your safari tickets. Than you will proceed to Ranthambore. It will take approx. 4 hrs to reach Ranthambore.

The Ranthambore Fort was built by the Chauhan rulers in the 10th century. Due to its strategic location, it was ideal to keep the enemy at bay. The fort is also related to the historical legend of the royal women performing ‘jauhar’ (self-immolation) when the Muslim invader Alauddin Khilji laid siege on this fort in 1303.
The fort is characterised by temples, tanks, massive gates and huge walls. Constructed in 944 AD, Ranthambore Fort has witnessed many sieges and battles. Probably the most famous among these is the war of Rao Hamir in 1301 against the Sultan of Delhi, Alauddin Khilji.
An architectural marvel, the fort includes many attractions such include Toran Dwar, Mahadeo Chhatri and Haveli within its premises. The Lord Ganesha temple housed here is a major tourist attraction, and it also hosts a fair every year on the occasion of Bhadrapad Sudi Chaturthi over here.

After visiting Ranthambore fort, Proceed to have Lunch (On your own expenses). After lunch, Proceed to Ranthambore National Park. Generally, The Safari starts at 02:00 pm till 05:30 pm (Timing may vary as per the discretion of forest department). The actual timing will be communicated to you prior to your tour.
Safari drivers, vehicles (Gypsy/Canter), and Forest guides will be allotted to you at Ranthambore National Park before entering the Forest area.
Now it is the time for adventure. Ranthambore National Park is famous for the Bengal Tigers. But you may also see Leopards, Striped Hyenas, Sambar deer, Chital, Nilgai, Langurs, Macaques, Jackals, Jungle cats, Caracals, Sloth bears, Black bucks, Rufous-tailed Hare, Indian Wild Boar, Chinkara, Common Palm Civets or Toddy cat, Common Yellow Bats, Desert Cats, Indian False Vampires, Indian Flying Foxes, Indian Gerbilles, Indian Mole Rats, Indian Porcupines, Long-eared Hedgehogs, Ratels & Small Indian Mongoose.

After completion of your Safari at Ranthambore National Park, You will be picked up by our driver and proceed to Jaipur. You may have an option to take dinner on the way to Jaipur, if you wish (On your own expenses). We will drop you to your pre booked hotel in Jaipur.
