In conclusion our customer will not be overcharged, they will only pay for what they use or need and will not be subjected to price surges or cancellations fees.

What you'll see

Travelers will be directed to a booking link (usually available from the website) where they will be required to fill out billing information, pickup and drop off addresses and flight details. A list of vehicles types along with different amenities will be made available to choose from as well as any special request or needs that they may require, such as wheelchair assist, signed pickup or pet carriage. The traveler then submits the form which is used to manually prepare an invoice for online payment via email which will thereafter send a confirmation of payment.

On the day of the pickup the dispatcher will advice the customer via SMS, Whatsapp or email of the ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) along with the driver tracking link or as in the case of an airport pickup instructions as to where the shuttle will be. The driver on arrival will assist with loading and unloading of luggage and where needed assist with the boarding of passengers until desired destination is reached.
