We can pick you up from Galataport, If you want to join the tour. We will inform the pick time after booking confirmation with your flight details. Please, inform your cruise ship details during the booking. Our driver will pick you up from front of the Main Road side of Terminal Building Exit Gate (BLOCK D-Upstair) in Galataport.
If you want to join our tour after your flight to Istanbul New Airport (from different destinations). Please, inform the all of your arrival flight details during the booking. If your flight is landing to Istanbul airport late , we suggest the book tour for day after. Reason why, If you flight is going to late for early flights, you miss many visits during the tour.

Our contracted hotels are going to be choose by the our team for your comfort by the their availabilities. We suggest to book the package tours as soon as earlier.
Check in time are at 2pm, check out time is at 11-12am. Therefore, If you are fling to destinations and directly starting the tours as on the itinerary, check in is possible after tour.
If You have flight to another destination on the tour day, You will be directly transfer to airport after tour. Please, check out your hotel and take your luggages with you before start the tour.
All domestic flights are economy class and including 15kg+8kg luggage.
Our team will send e-ticket for your domestic flights minimum 7 days before your departure. Your e-tickets and passports and reservation numbers are valid for check in on your flight. .
Our team may request the your passport details for your flights. If our clients do not share the informations, flights can not book.
Please, inform your hotel and stay details immediately, min 2 days before departure. We are providing transfers from/to Taksim and Sultanahmet (Old City) area. other destinations are subject to charge extra. or may be drop- to points in Taksim or Sultanahmet area.

Hot air balloon tour is up to weather condition for your safe. The Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip. Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride. We are getting confirmation about the flights from Civil Aviation Authority, one day ago. That sitiuation can not be reason for full refund or complaints.
Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.

Child rates valid only when child sharing with 2 paying adults. If you will be 1 adult + 1 child, subject the charge full amounts of 2 adults.
