About this experience

This tour offers you a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, and you will enjoy mother nature and the stunning view from the highest point of the city. The area we are visiting is in the hills of Budapest and it is in the territory of a national park. It is very popular recreational area with locals but most foreign visitors miss as it is a little bit far from the city center. We will visit a look- out tower which is the highest point of Budapest. The ride with the chairlift is 15 minutes each way up and down. There will be a 10 minute walk in the mountain to get to the lookout ower where you will have plenty of time to enjoy the fresh air and to take stunnning pictures from the highets point of Budapest. All the famous buildings of the city are visible from the top in clear weather so it is a special experience you will never forget with excellent photo options.

The ride on the chairlift is an unforgettable experience and you will be in the chairlift alltogether half an hour. It lasts 15 minutes up and 15 minutes down. The chairlift is absolutely safe but for those who are not afraid of heights. You will sit in pairs in the chairlift and older people are welcome and young kids as well but they should be accompanied by adults. The employees of the chairlift will help you to get on and get off during the trip.The view from the chairlift will be really special and on the way down for 15 minutes basically the whole city will be in front of you. You will be in a different world after a short drive from the city and you will understand why this way of transport is so popular among locals.
