About this experience

An experience honed to bring out the best in Jura wine region. Winemakers chosen for their fine work, exceptional locations to offer you emotions and work on all your senses.

Private wine tour with 2 visits of wineries in the morning. This will be the day to taste and understand the region's endemic grape varieties, such as Savagnin, Poulsard and Trousseau. Tasting of the region's "vin Jaune", "vin de Paille" and sparkling wines.

Lunch at a local restaurant renowned for its gastronomy and wines.

End of the day with a final visit to a vineyard and/or a remarkable Jura village.

As a wine merchant, WSET3, I'll be joining you on the day to talk about French wine and its specific characteristics.

A private chauffeur will drive us throughout the day. Tesla or Mercedes Class E for couples and Mercedes Class V Van for party of 3 or more.

Wines can be bought and shipped to your home.

Detailed itinerary

A magnificent village, the starting point for the day or a compulsory stop-off to discover the town of Pasteur.

The second tasting of the morning will take place at a winery that has pioneered the biodynamic and natural wine approach in the region, exporting its wines to the finest tables around the world.

A visit to the winery is planned and we will be able to discuss the technical aspects of vinifying natural and organic wines.

7 wines will be available for tasting, including Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille.

We will visit a historic winery in the heart of the Jura wine region. We will discover the Château-Chalon village and history before tasting 7 white and red Jura wines on ready-to-drink vintage. Millesimes available for tasting from 2010 to 2020.
