About this experience

This is a semiprivate tour in a small group with a guide. It combines a visit to the lagoon of Elafonisi in the morning and the old town of Chania towards evening.

We will drive along the northern coast of Crete to the very west of the island. Before we get to the west of the island we look at the most beautiful places and landscapes of the northern coast of Crete. But the main thing is ahead!

You will visit one of the most beautiful lagoons and beaches on the island and absolutely the most beautiful town in Crete.

For guests living east of Bali village: we will travel along the north coast of Crete and pass by the beautiful village of Bali, where we will have a short stop to enjoy the view and take some photos at a panoramic point over the picturesque bay.

For a few minutes, we will admire and photograph from above the panorama of the old town of Rethymno, one of the most beautiful cities in Crete.

Stop 3

In the morning we will visit one of the most unique and beautiful places in Crete, Elafonissi lagoon and its white and pink beach. Elafonissi, located in the southwest of Crete, is a very beautiful beach with crystal clear and shallow water, white and pinkish sand in many places and beautiful views.

Take a walk in the shallow waters, relax in the magical surroundings of the beach and explore the unique and protected area of this beautiful lagoon!

In the afternoon we will go to the city of Chania, the so called "Venice" of Crete. It is absolutely the most beautiful city on the whole island and we are sure that its beauty will amaze you!

We will visit an old town with pretty small and narrow traditional streets where you will see the remains of Venetian and Ottoman times, Kucuk Hasan Pasha Mosque, Venetian shipyards, a picturesque harbour with an old Venetian lighthouse and other beautiful views.

What's not included

Lunch is optional, so you can have lunch at a cafe on Elafonissi beach or while visiting Chania - if you prefer.
