Detailed itinerary

After 40min of cycling, you arrive at the top of the Sampzon rock and you will enjoy a panorama of the Ardèche river, the Monts d'Ardèche and the surrounding area.

After a short hour of cycling, you arrive at the Château de la Selve.
First, you will visit a magnificent exceptional organic wine estate, accompanied by a team of enthusiasts, you will discover the vineyard, the vat room and the cellar.

You will go through all the stages of winemaking and specific biodynamic techniques, then you will taste a selection of its best wines.

Then, you will enjoy a gourmet picnic of local products in a bucolic setting in the heart of the castle park.

A total immersion in the world of Ardèche wine, its culture and its specific terroir.

The opportunity to taste brut de vats aged in barrels and amphoras!

After 1 hour of cycling, do not hesitate to visit the village of Ruoms with its town center and its many small streets typical of an Ardèche village.
