Early starts & long driving days: Some days involve early departures and long scenic drives, especially on safari and return days. This is necessary to cover the distances comfortably and safely.
Accommodation: Accommodation is based on the selected 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star package and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Final hotel names will be confirmed once the booking is completed.

Wildlife sightings: Wildlife sightings on safari are not guaranteed, as animals roam freely in a natural environment.

Fitness & mobility: A moderate level of mobility is required for walking, steps, and uneven surfaces at certain locations. Please inform us in advance of any mobility concerns.

Robben Island cancellations: Robben Island ferries may be cancelled due to sea conditions. If cancelled, we will offer an alternative activity and assist with refund/credit procedures according to the ferry operator’s policy.
Table Mountain cableway closures: The Table Mountain cableway may close due to wind or maintenance. If closed, we will adjust the schedule and offer an alternative stop.
Day 7: No accommodation is included. If guests wish to extend their stay, accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Breakfast is included only when accommodation is booked. Guests who choose the “Tours Only (No Accommodation)” option do not have breakfast included.
