After your breakfast, you driver-guide will pick up you from our hotel at 8:30am and transfer to Reed Flute Cave which is situated in the hillside of the Bright Hill of Northwest Guilin and near the Peach Blossom River, about 7 km to downtown. The cave gets its name from a kind of reed growing near the entrance to the cave makes fine flutes. It is 800 meters long and takes you about fifty minutes for exploring. The cave opened to public in 1962, it is one o f the most tourists' visit-cave in China and is described as "Art Palace of Nature" . Inside the cave are a large number of stalactites, stalagmites, stone pillars, stone curtains, and stone flowers, etc.
Or you can visit Silver Cave to replace to Reed Flute Cave.
Drive to Yangdi Village, located in the southern part of Guilin, is home to about 3,000 residents. The most stunning and unique karst peaks can be found along the Li River in Yangdi area. We will take a eectric boat from Yangdi to Nine Horse Hill, a scenic cruise lasting about 50 minutes. These smaller boats offer a more authentic experience, allowing you to get closer to the natural beauty of the area.
Note: Each boat accommodates four passengers, and you will share the cruise with other tourists.
We will drive to Xianggong Hill, a perfect destination for those who want to experience the karst scenery up close. A walk up to the top of the hill rewarded with a panoramic view of the Li River winding through towering peaks. This is really one of China’s most spectacular sights and a must-see for any visitor.
You can have lunch at the foot of Xianggong Hill or other places.
Then we will head to the Yulong River and countryside in Yangshuo.
Known as the “Little Li River,” the Yulong River offers a serene and idyllic experience that is often the highlight of any trip to Yangshuo. It provides a completely different atmosphere compared to the larger boat cruises on the Li River. The tranquility and natural beauty here leave a lasting impression on visitors.
If time permits, you can walk or bike along the river to enjoy the peaceful views of the Yulong River and its surroundings
"Impression Liu Sanjie" is a spectacular musical production directed by the renowned filmmaker Zhang Yimou. Set on the world's largest natural stage, the performance spans a 2-kilometer stretch of the Li River and incorporates 12 majestic peaks as its backdrop.
The show lasts for about 70 minutes and it is one of must-see in Yangshuo.
At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo downtown about 22:30 pm.
