Join us for a top-rated paella cooking class that’s hands-on, social, and rooted in authentic Spanish cuisine. Suitable for beginners and confident home cooks alike, this experience is ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups who enjoy great food and good company.
Your local chef will guide you through the market, introduce you to fellow food lovers from around the world, and teach you the techniques behind this iconic Spanish dish. You’ll receive clear guidance, insider tips, and recipes so you can recreate the experience at home.
We’re deeply passionate about sharing Spanish food and culture and take pride in creating welcoming, memorable experiences around the table. If you’re looking for a fun, authentic, and delicious way to connect with Barcelona, we’d love to cook with you.
Please arrive early to avoid missing the market visit and important information. Late arrivals may rejoin 40 minutes after the class starts.
On foot: From La Rambla, walk down Nou de la Rambla, first left onto Lancaster, halfway down on the right. White door with mural. Ring doorbell above mailbox.
To ensure you don’t miss any important information or the market visit at the start of your class, we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
We operate out of two kitchens in central Barcelona, both just a few minutes’ walk from La Boqueria Market. All classes will start at our meeting point at Carer de Lancaster 10.
However, for classes starting at 11:00 or 19:00, following the market visit, you will head to our Sant Gil location and this is where your session will end - Carrer de Sant Gil, 4 Bis, Ciutat Vella, 08001 Barcelona (both locations are about a 9 minute walk from the market).
If you're running late and the group has already left for the market, you have two options:
Join us at the correct kitchen (explained above) approximately 40 minutes after your scheduled start time, or just wait at the kitchen for the class to return.—just ring the doorbell above the mailbox if the door is closed.
There’s no need to call or message us about your delay, as our classes run on a tight schedule. We appreciate your understanding, and encourage you to plan a timely arrival to enjoy the full experience.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
