The recommended departure from Rome Termini is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, arriving at Naples Centrale by 10:10 AM. The earlier you arrive, the more time you can enjoy the coast. The tour lasts approximately 8–9 hours, with plenty of time to explore. We suggest booking a return train to Rome between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
