A really unique and fun tour.
Experience nature as we cruise the Nahoon River Estuary with it's abundance of bird life as well as enjoying local foods, beers, wine and soft drinks before getting to spend time lapping up the sun on the golden beach of Nahoon. With the warm Indian Ocean, you can swim all year round. spend time exploring the area, swimming, bathing or just walking the km's of beach and relaxing in the South African sun.

Detailed itinerary

Spend time on board the Nahoon barge cruising the Nahoon River Estuary with the Nahoon River Estuary Reserve along the banks of the river showing off a great variety of bird life.
Bask in the sun on board and enjoy some of South Africas great beers and wines while we meander past majestic homes built along the banks of the river.
Once we reach the beach, you get to disembark and spend +- 1 Hour 30 minutes exploring, swimming, bathing and enjoying this golden stretch of Eastern Cape beach.
On your return to the barge, there will be a variety of different foods to try off our traditional South African Braai (BBQ). A real taste of South African cuisine.
After a slow cruise back to the meeting point, the mini shuttle will be waiting to return you to port in time for boarding your cruise.
