- Please check your email the day before the tour to receive important information.
- The number of attractions depends on the option selected. Private transfers and the - Ellis Island tour are not included in the 3-hour option.
- Please arrive on time for your ferry departure. We recommend arriving at the meeting point earlier to give yourself enough time to pass the mandatory security checks before boarding.
- Ferry tickets to Liberty Island (Statue of Liberty) allow you to skip the line at the ticket office and board the ferry at your booked time but you will have to queue for the mandatory security checks. Please bring your photo ID with you. Admission to the pedestal and crown is not included.
- For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
- Please note that guided tours are not allowed on Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Your Private Guide will provide all the necessary information during the cruise and take your photos with the Statue of Liberty. You can explore the islands and their attractions on your own.
- The 4,50 and 6,5-hour options include an estimated 1,5-hour transfer time between the meeting point and the accommodation address provided when booking. Please note that the transfer time quoted is for information purposes only and may take longer or shorter depending on the distance and traffic.
- We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
