When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the museum opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. Meet your guide 10-15 minutes ahead, by the RHINOCEROS statue in front of the entrance of the Orsay Museum. Your guide will be holding a sign. It is imperative that you keep the phone number provided in your booking reachable.
