About this experience

Montanejos is the perfect full-day escape from Valencia, choose nature, relaxation, and adventure. Swim in the famous Blue Lagoon, admire the breathtaking Salto de la Novia waterfall, or add some adrenaline with hiking, rafting, or kayaking.
Rafting & kayaking only from April to September.

Option 1 – Adventure: Montanejos + (Hiking / Rafting / Kayaking)
Choose one activity: a guided 7 km beautiful hike, rafting on the Mijares River or kayaking on the calm Reservoir. Afterward, relax at the Blue Lagoon and enjoy a picnic.
Rafting & kayaking only from April to September.

Option 2 – Relax: Montanejos + Salto de la Novia
Visit the impressive Salto de la Novia 60 mts waterfall. Enjoy the thermal waters, explore the village, and relax by the river.

Departure from Valencia.
On arrival 3h Activities with professional guides. Basic fitness and Swimming skills are mandatory.

After Relax at Fuente de los Baños (23–25°C year-round) before returning to Valencia.

Valencia - Montanejos + Hiking

Montanejos + Hiking: Montanejos + Hiking. Level is intermediate & around 6/7km. After we will return to Lake & relax. Shoes are Mandatory<br/>Duration: 3 hours: On Arrival to Montanejos we will go to Hike together. the activity last 3 hours and after we will go to lake to relax.

Detailed itinerary

If youu select Montanejos + Hiking.
On arrival, we will separate group according to their activities. Hiking / Rafting/Kayak/Relax.
Activity group will go with the guide. All these activities are from 2-3 hours. After the activity we will meet in the lake area to relax and swim in spring water.

On arrival, we will choose between Rafting/Kayak. We will go with an adventrous comany guide., these actities are from 3-4 hours. After the activity we will meet in the lake area to relax and swim.

Water springs that have a constant temperature all year round of 20º-25ºC. So you can bathe even in winter.
We will relax, swim and have some drinks there until evening. People who want to go to the village also can go to visit.

If you select option. SALTO DE NOVIA.
In the morning we will levae for 2 waterfall, where we will enjoy the nature, maybe swim and after going to Montanejos. On Arrival we will have picnic, enjoy the springs water after a surprise stop and leave for Valencia. Bring: Swimming clothes, Hat, Towel, Food & drinks, Sunscreen.
