About this experience

Furthermore, on the lake there are 281 kind of birds, and you will be able to see some of them near. You will be able to visit monastery Kom, from 15th century, from which the view on the lake is amazing. This is not private tour, this is group tour, but small group tour.

Explore the beauty of Skadar Lake and enjoy a small group 3h boat tour of Kom Monastery from Virpazar. Marvel at the local birds, sip on delicious wine, and take a swim in the lake.
As a locals we will share with you stories about the lake.
Begin your journey in Virpazar- a tiny townlet situated in the heart of Lake, navigate along a small river channel surrounded by reeds, water lilies and willow trees.
After exiting the first river, find yourself on the open lake while the boat proceeds to peninsula Lesendro from 18th century. Meanwhile, soak up the incredible views of fishing village Vranjina.
When we park the boat in front of island Kom, you will need 3-4 min to reach the monastery Kom from 15th century, from where the lake view is amazing.
There will be some free time to enjoy a refreshing swim on the open lake, following which you can enjoy a refreshing drink(water, juice, local wine) on board. Finally, return to the starting point where the tour concludes.
