Scrambling And Hiking

The tours stars from the Rum Village. We will drive you to the bottom of Burdah Mountain directly from where the hiking tour has a duration of aproximately 3 hours to the top where is the biggest arch in Wadi Rum desert. We provide all the necessary equipment and our hiking guide will be with you every step of the way. There is a small portion of the hike that involves scramble climbing, just before and after the big arch. We can assure you that the views from up there are breathtaking and the hike itself is very exciting. At the descend, after we get to the bottom we will find a place with a little bit of a shade where you can rest and have lunch. We will drive further, to the Um Frouth Rock Bridge and the little bridge, both if which you can climb for the view. Driving back to the camp we’ll stop at Khazaly Canyon where you can walk inside for a little bit and look at the ancient inscriptions. Going back to the camp, you can enjoy a traditional dinner.

Al Hash

You will start from Rum village, driving you by jeep to Jabal Al Hash, located in the AL FORAH area, close to the Jordanian – Saudi Arabian border.

This mountain is very easy to climb for anyone who is unexperienced or who is in a search of a simple hike. You and your guide will start hiking from the eastern side of the mountain in the Um Snenah Valley and go through the valley to the top. After that you will get down on the north – western side of the mountain to Wadi Nuqra. The duration of this hike is approximately 5 hours, being probably the most beautiful mountain in Wadi Rum to hike on because when you arrive at the highest point (1700m above sea level) you will see all the different colours blended together into Wadi Rum. After reaching the top, you will descend the mountain and you can rest for 1 hours while your guide will start cooking a delicious lunch.
