Venture to the most Northern part of Barbados in the parish of St Lucy, Come to the site where Mount Gay has distilled rum for over 360 years to discover how Barbados became the birthplace of rum and how Mount Gay’s focus on quality has made us the oldest, continuously running rum distillery in the world.

With unparalleled access to our orchard, original well, molasses house, fermentation house, distillation house and bonds.

These experiences are done in a group setting and Start on time. Guests who arrive later than 15 minutes after the start of the tour will not be permitted to join.

This is an active distillery, health and Safety rules enforced.

This tour is located in the northern parish of Barbados St Lucy. If your are driving your self, make sure to plan your route to the north accordingly.
If you are taking a taxi, please indicate to your driver that the tour is in located in the north at the distillery and not the Visitor center is St Michael.
