## AT AIRPORT ##

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival lounge after you pick up your luggage (in
case you travel with a checked-in suitcase). The chauffeur will be holding up a sign
showing the name of the lead passenger that shows on the reservation.

The chauffeur will wait 60 MINUTES after landing time, meaning that he/she will wait until
all the luggage is off the luggage belt.

- Don´t find your chauffeur
- Lost luggage
- Problems at customs

If you don't show up after the flight has been cleared, and you DID NOT notify us, we will
release the chauffeur and the service will be fully charged.

## FLIGHT CHANGE - FLIGHT CANCELLED ##

We will only reschedule your service free of charge in case you have missed your
connecting flight, and this must be proof by the airline, but only if you notify us on time. We
always monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals.
In the case of a canceled flight, your service will be automatically canceled, free of charge.
