From the beginning, we try to contact the passenger through any type of communication we have available. After we meet the client, we will ask for their name and destination, after making sure that they are the right person, we help them put their luggage in the car and when they are ready, we start the journey to the destination. During the trip, we make sure that the passenger has the desired temperature and also whether they have music preferences or not. At the destination, we help them get their luggage out of the car and guide them to where they need to go if necessary.
