*Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR DRIVER/VEHICLE will be emailed to you. These instructions will help you navigate your way through the airport to the designated waiting/pickup area.

At Buffalo Airport, we meet and greet our guests inside the terminal at the baggage conveyors. The baggage conveyors are on the arrivals level. After you de-plane, follow the signage to the baggage claim area. To access this area you will ride down an escalator. Your driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator holding a tablet displaying your name. Your driver will assist you in claiming your baggage from the carousel and escort you to your vehicle.

Spot your vehicle quickly and easily. One of our silver vehicles logoed "Wheelz Niagara", in black and orange, will be waiting at your pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. WE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!! Please be ready to depart!!

Our vehicles are fully Licensed, Insured and smoke-free. They are professionally maintained inside and out.
