*Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR DRIVER/VEHICLE will be emailed to you. These instructions will help you navigate your way through the airport to the designated waiting/pickup area.

AFTER YOU CLAIM YOUR BAGGAGE AND CLEAR CUSTOMS (if necessary) locate the ‘Prearranged Transportation’ desk at DOOR "A". Here you will need to register with the attendant. MAKE SURE THE ATTENDANT KNOWS THAT YOU ARE BEING PICKED UP BY WHEEL NIAGARA!! The attendant will contact your driver, who will proceed to the pick-up location. (This will take approx. 10 minutes).

Spot your vehicle quickly and easily. One of our silver vehicles logoed "Wheelz Niagara", in black and orange, will be waiting at your pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. WE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!! Please be ready to depart!!
