1. Interlaken:

We start right away from pick up with our small 2-door eco car which runs on alcohol, aka ethanol, made from grass.

2. Unterseen:

At a 90-degree curve, you will spot on your right side a century-old restaurant, Hotel Baeren. The name Baeren comes from "bear," the animal.

3. Wydihof:

This very specific location has good memories of donations to those in need of natural vitamins. The guide has the story.

4. Hang Gliding Club Interlaken:

On your right side is the landing field for hang gliders and paragliders. Ask the guide for discount flights.

5. Lombachbruecke:

We cross a risky flooding bridge ... just kidding.

6. Camping Manor Farm:

To the left and right, we pass through camping sites. A very popular way to do holidays in the United States of Europe. Many guests come from Denmark and Holland.

Whatever it is, spot it on your right. Next to it is a Mini Me mini golf place.

9. St. Beatus-Hoehlen, Swiss Caves:

At this location, we U-Turn; on your right and left, you see the Lower Lake, Lake of Thun, Thunersee, from a cliff perspective.

10. Neuhaus:

This is a well-known beach area. The rumors go that Pamela from Baywatch is doing rescue hours during the summer here. We drive by as close as legally possible.

11. Golfclub Interlaken-Unterseen:

On your right, you may spot some HISOs trying to put a small ball with a stick into holes, aka golfing. Note, golf is not considered a sport in this economic zone Switzerland, therefore, it does not receive subsidies; great success.

On your left, spot a great discount location where you get all kinds of stuff for cheap.

On your right, where we also turn right, is a steep train station, Heimwehfluh. There's a fun ride downhill you might give a try later. On top is a restaurant with a great view of the city.

We now drive through the Mystery Forest. Watch out. Stay inside the car.

15. Ropes Park Interlaken:

On your left, you see people in the trees. Find out what they're doing.

16. Waldhotel Unspunnen:

Straight ahead, before and after this very old, ghostly hotel, you see Mount Jungfrau. There's a story about Unspunnen. Ask the guide.

17. Rugenbraeu Brewery:

See the local beer maker and a huge copper tank with beer inside. We stay in the car to stay sober.

See an old fortress from a distance, "hundruds" of years old.

You want a cow? This is the place for a trade. We might see cows eating grass or making "muh".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses or losses (including legal fees) of any kind arising out of or in any way related to any injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage or any other harm or unwanted outcome that the participant may suffer before, during or after the Activity, including but not limited to any accident such as slipping, falling or any other physical mishap. This release applies even if caused by the ordinary negligence, acts or omissions of the Released Parties or any third party. The Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever toward the participant for any harm in any circumstances. Disclosure of Medical Conditions and Other Relevant Information: The participant shall disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, medications, or any other health-related or suitability-related information that could affect their ability to safely participate in the Activity at the time of booking (or as soon as possible if the condition arises later). This disclosure allows the Company to assess suitability and decide whether to accept or decline the booking. Omitting known important information, particularly medical conditions, at booking time increases the risks to the participant and may lead to refusal of participation without compensation. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate with no undisclosed conditions that could be worsened by the Activity. The participant agrees to immediately inform the guide or any Company representative at any time – before, during or after the Activity – if they feel any physical discomfort (pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, unusual fatigue, etc.), any mental unease (anxiety, fear, confusion, etc.), the awkward or strange sensation, or if in their own judgment anything at all feels wrong, unsafe or potentially dangerous. Failure to immediately communicate such feelings or observations is the participant’s sole responsibility and the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from such silence. Participant's Travel Insurance: The participant shall possess valid travel or and medical insurance that covers personal accidents, injuries, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation arising from participation in the Activity. The Company does not provide or substitute for such insurance. Failure to have adequate coverage is the participant's sole responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any uninsured costs or consequences. The participant expressly waives any right to bring legal action or claim against the Company or Released Parties for any harm arising from the Activity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. After the Activity the participant is encouraged (but not obliged) to share any feedback with the guide or Company, including things they liked, suggestions for improvement, or constructive criticism. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action brought by any third party arising from the participant’s involvement in the Activity. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
