Upon arrival, please go to our Customer Service Desk to present your ticket. After you have completed your e-waiver and you have been checked-in by a Customer Service Agent, you will receive a wristband for your tour and be directed over to the waiting area to await your tour guide. It is strongly recommended that you complete your e-waivers prior to your arrival in order to be directed to the fast-track line.
