This private cooking class offers an authentic taste of Charleston culture as you dive into the shrimping industry’s history. Guests will meet at a specially designed food trailer with wrap around bar seating on the banks of the creek. Start by creating a fresh shrimp ceviche with local ingredients, then engage in a fun shrimp peeling competition. Under Captain Bryan’s guidance, you’ll learn how to prepare a mouthwatering Lowcountry Boil featuring local shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes, seasoned to perfection. Enjoy your culinary creations in a relaxed setting, making this an unforgettable local experience.
