Detailed itinerary

Big cats raised in captivity cannot be released into the wild. LIONSROCK Big Cat Sanctuary, a project by FOUR PAWS, provides an appropriate, lifelong home for big cats that were kept in inadequate conditions in zoos, circuses, or private captivity. The habitat constructed for our big cats offers large areas for family groups, facilitation of natural behaviour through enrichment, and the highest standards of medical care, as well as maximum security standards of the enclosures.

After your check-in at reception and pre-tour video, your 1 Hour Guided journey into our Sanctuary begins!
Meet some of our regal Big Cats, including a stop at our Special Care Unit, Leopard & Tiger enclosures, and don’t forget to look out for our free roaming wildlife who also call LIONSROCK home. Gain in-depth knowledge about the struggles and victories of our Big Cats. We may not all be the same, but our desire to live is no different!
