Often called the “Sake Summit,” this renowned event gathers nearly 80 breweries from Niigata Prefecture, giving you the rare opportunity to sample over 500 varieties of premium sake in one venue. Tickets typically sell out within minutes, but this package secures your admission.

After the festival, relax in a twin room at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata, conveniently located near Toki Messe and Niigata Station. The next morning, enjoy a Japanese/Western buffet breakfast featuring Niigata-grown rice and local specialties—an ideal way to conclude your sake journey.

All participants must be 20 years of age or older. In accordance with Japanese law, minor drinking is strictly prohibited. Age verification may be required at the venue and hotel.

Tickets will be handed over on March 8th at 11:00 AM in the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata. Look for a staff member holding a sign that says "HIS".

To prevent unauthorized resale, we will strictly verify your identity. Please present your passport. We will check your name and passport number against our records.

The staff’s role is limited solely to the handing over of tickets. Please note that they cannot provide tourist information or guidance on how to get to the event venue.

Lost or stolen tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances. Please keep them in a safe place.

The pick-up method is subject to change. It is mandatory to provide your contact information (such as WhatsApp or other messaging apps) when booking so we can reach you in case of any updates.

Accommodation is provided in Twin Rooms only (two separate beds). Therefore, bookings must be made for exactly two guests per group.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for single occupancy, triple rooms, or extra beds. The package is fixed as a 2-person booking and cannot be rearranged.

Meeting point

Our staff will be waiting for you in the lobby, holding a blue board with "HIS" written on it. Please meet them there to receive your tickets.
