Hosted through Classpop! and led by Chef Rhom, this interactive cooking experience walks you through making fresh pasta from scratch, from dough to finished noodles. You’ll then learn how to transform that pasta into cacio e pepe, using Pecorino Romano, black pepper and lemon to create a rich, silky sauce without cream. Along the way, Chef Rhom shares seasoning and timing tips that make all the difference. Designed to be approachable and relaxed, this class is perfect for beginners and pasta lovers alike.
