What you'll see

After the Reservation, the customer enters the pick-up location, the final destination (Paris, Orly, CDG or Le Bourget) as well as the desired time. The contact details of the group lead are used to facilitate contact with the driver.

On the day of transfer, the van, minibus or private coach will park at the agreed pick-up point.
In Paris, the vehicle arrives at the address indicated 5 to 15 minutes before the agreed time.
At airports (CDG, Orly or Le Bourget), the vehicle parks at the coach park. The driver contacts the group leader to communicate the exact location and arrange the meeting.

Once the group is on board, the journey takes place directly to the intended destination, without stopping or sharing with other passengers. The journey time varies depending on the traffic and route, usually between 30 and 90 minutes. Upon arrival, drop-off is at the agreed address or point.
