The expedition operates seasonally (August–early January) and is subject to suitable river and weather conditions. The itinerary and river sections may vary depending on water levels and safety assessments. Minimum booking requirement is 2 travelers. Passports and valid visas may be required, especially for guests crossing the Zambia–Zimbabwe border. Pickups are provided from Livingstone and Victoria Falls hotels; exact pickup times are confirmed the evening before departure.
