What to Bring/Wear:
Closed-toe shoes or hiking shoes (required), water, sunscreen, rain jacket/poncho, insect repellent, and smartphone/camera.
Enjoy an hour long Yoga class in our outdoor magical setting overlooking the ponds and in front of the famous Arenal Volcano. Practice yoga with the presence of our gentle loving goats. The idea is that the presence of animals can help improve your mental health, as animals, especially goats are said to offer a calming presence and ease the feeling of anxiety. Let our baby goats and momma goats help you become one with nature. Before or after you are welcome to love, feed and take pics with our goats.
