We created a same day tour of Taj Mahal from Delhi by India’s fastest train – Gatimaan Express. This tour is primarily designed for those tourists who want to admire the Taj Mahal and also wish to have an experience of Indian Train journey. We will make your trip hassle free & comfortable with our best services. You will travel in AC chair car coach from Delhi to Agra & back to Delhi & the city tour will be done in private AC SUV/Sedan sanitized car.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1 Pass by

Your tour will start with a pick-up from your preferred location in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida & drop you at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station to catch Gatimaan Express Train bound to Agra (This is India’s fastest train). It takes 100 minutes to reach Agra. You will be greeted on arrival at Agra Cantonment Railway Station.

Upon your arrival at Agra Cantonment Station, where the Tour Guide and Chauffeur would be waiting to receive you in front of the exit of the railway station (Agra Cantonment) with your name board and your Taj Mahal tour will begin.

Stop 3

From here you will proceed to visit Taj Mahal, the magnificent monument of love and one of the 07 wonders of the world, the TajMahal. The monument holds a beautiful & romantic story of love and affection of the Emperor Shah Jahan to his beloved wife MumtazMahal, which was erected in 17th century.

Stop 4

After seeing the TajMahal, the next place to visit is Agra Fort. It is believed to be one of the most beautiful & well preserved citadels of India. In this fort, Which was built in 16th & 17th centuries and you can witness the grandeur, pomp and opulent of the palaces in red sand stone and white marble. The structure holds a brief & grand history of not just the Emperor Shah Jahan but also his grandfather Emperor Akbar – The Great. (90 minutes)

Next after visiting Agra Fort you will proceed for a lunch break and there will be a stop at one of the finest AC Multi Cuisine Restaurants serving the authentic &mouth watering dishes of this city. (60 minutes)

Apart from the TajMahal& other monuments, Agra is also famous for its marble inlay work, zardozi art work, leather things & hand knotted rugs. If time permits, you can also have a chance to see these artworks. It is said that when you leave the city, you leave the art behind.

Stop 6

It is a beautiful mausoleum which was erected in 17th century by Empress Nurjahan as a mark of respect to her father MirzaGhyas Beg, who was the ‘Pillar of the State’ or the Chief Minister in the court of Mughal Emperor Jahangir. This is the first Mughal Mausoleum, which is entirely built out of white marble. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Baby Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. The exquisite tomb of MizraGhyas Beg should not be missed.

After visiting Baby Taj, Explore the rear view of Taj Mahal from across the river Yamuna. This place is perfect for photographers, who love taking pictures. (60 minutes)

After spending couple of hours in Agra & seeing the exquisite sights, you will be driven back to Agra Cantonment railway station to board the train Gatimaan Express back to Delhi. Our chauffeur will make sure you sit on your pre booked seat in the coach. The Train leaves from Agra Cantonment Railway Station at 17:50 PM. Dinner will be served on the train.

Stop 8 Pass by

Train will reach Delhi and Our Chauffeur will be waiting in front of the exit of HazratNizamudin Railway Station, Delhi with your name board to pick you up and then drop you to your desired location for your onward journey.
