48 hours before the experience, a concierge team member contacts the guest to finalize pickup times, confirm headcount (up to 10), and offer any available add-ons (e.g. ticket assistance, extra drinks, catering).

3. Chauffeur Dispatched
On the day of the event, a professional chauffeur is assigned and dispatched in a fully cleaned, stocked, and staged Maybach Executive Sprinter Van. The chauffeur will arrive at the scheduled pickup location 15 minutes early.
