The Waitangi Mountain Bike Park is a purpose built mountain bike park with over 50km of world class trails built by the professionals. There are tracks to suit all abilities from families and novices to experts!
All our trips include a high quality Full-Suspension Mountain Bike or the all popular Full-Suspension Electric Bikes, helmet, map, trail advice, and also the mountain bike park entry which is a donation to trail building and trail maintenance - Keeping the community park going!
Please note: If booking a Child's Bike, this is for either 20 or 24 inch Front Suspension Mountain Bike. Anyone over 150cm is on an Adult's Bike, so please book accordingly. The ages we have listed on here are to be used as a guideline, please contact us if you have any queries about Bike Sizing on 021 187 8192.

Park up at The Waitangi Mountain Bike Park Entrance and you will find us straight away, ready to rent you a high quality mountain bike so you can spend half or all day exploring the World-Class MTB Park.
The Waitangi Mountain Bike Park provides the perfect introduction to mountain biking with lots of easy, scenic trails that you can take at your own pace. It currently offers over 20 trails (50km) of varying difficulty with great flow and features, from introductory downhill riding, jump trails, cross country, beginner trails and loads of tracks for the experts too. There are plenty of fast, flowing berms, rollers and jumps, as well as an amazing view of the Bay of Islands from the top. Grade 2 and 3 runs are so well built, they're still fun for more advanced riders, and the downhill trails milk the most out of the vertical elevation available providing a lot of fun for a small amount of climbing
With the bike hire we INCLUDE your ENTRY PASS to the park. This goes straight back into Trail Building and Trail Maintenance, so we really couldn't do it without you!!
We stock brand new, quality Full-Suspension and Front Suspension Mountain Bikes, perfect for both the Waitangi Mountain Bike Park. The full suspension bikes are a huge relief on the back, and exceptionally comfortable, it makes for a much smoother ride and takes out all the bumps and rocks you didnt even know where there. The front suspension bikes are great as well, perfect for exploring and a do-it-all machine!
Our Expert Staff will be happy to fit you and your group to the right sized bike and ensure you know how to ride properly to ensure you have the most enjoyment riding possible :)
