Our tour begins with delicious farinata, a chickpea flour cake, as simple as it is tasty. Your local expert will accompany you to taste it at one of the city's historic places

We continue with the more traditional “focaccia,” an ever-present snack of all Ligurians, you can eat it at any time of the day. But mind you, only with us will you go to the best bakery in town!

When one thinks of Liguria, one definitely thinks of pesto. Mandatory to try it! You will also have the chance to taste it with a typical pasta of the area, testaroli. Alternatively, you could also try panigacci, a kind of baked pancake served with cheese or cold cuts. All this in a delightful restaurant, really frequented by locals

We are in a seaside town, so your next destination will be toward the harbor. Directly from local fishermen, you will taste the famous fried fish, anchovies and squid that will melt in your mouth!

Finally, the tour will end with a delicious ice cream or dessert from the area. A sweet way to say goodbye
