Detailed itinerary

1

That's our meeting point. We always choose the best dishes, aiming to introduce you to our traditions, suggest the best restaurants and make you live the best culinary experience ever.

2

Here we’ll stop at a traditional Bolzano bar, where you can taste delicious canapés topped with speck and Bauernschinken.

Speck is a dry-cured, smoked pork aged between six months and two years, infused with a blend of spices that give it its distinctive, savory flavor. It’s often served with traditional breads and pickled cucumbers, making it a true taste of the region.

Bauernschinken is a cooked ham seasoned with the same spice blend as speck, offering a unique and flavorful cold cut that perfectly complements the local culinary tradition.

3
Stop 3

Next, we’ll move to another local favorite where tradition meets flavor. Here, you can enjoy hearty mountain dishes that showcase the best of the region’s culinary heritage, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and served in a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects the heart of Bolzano’s food culture.

4

We’ll have the chance to taste the famous South Tyrolean beers, ranging from delicate, light brews to bold, spicy strong varieties. This region offers a rich and diverse beer tradition, perfect for discovering unique flavors and local brewing expertise.

5

Bolzano is also renowned for its bread, especially Laugenbrot and Brezen. Laugenbrot is made by dipping bread rolls in a lye solution before baking and is sometimes filled with cheese. Brezen is a distinctive ring-shaped bread with a golden, shiny crust sprinkled with coarse salt, a true staple of the region.

6

The region is also famous for its delicious desserts. In a renowned Konditorei, you’ll enjoy the classic strudel, one of the area’s most celebrated treats. This pastry is made from a thin sheet of dough rolled around a flavorful filling and baked to perfection. Made with the incredible variety of local apples, it is a true delicacy that delights every bite.

7

This is where our tour comes to an end, but not before enjoying a delicious coffee to perfectly close the experience!
