Please note: Ages 2 and younger are not permitted on this tour.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
Tickets can only be used once. You will not be able to get back in if you leave one of the museum wings.
Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has started.
Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
No backpacks, umbrellas or big bags are allowed in to the museum.
Strikes at the Louvre may happen and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, a refund is not possible.
Free museum admission applies to visitors under 18 and EEA residents under 26, upon presentation of valid ID and proof of residency. All participants must reserve our guided visit in order to attend the tour, no matter their age.

Meeting point

We meet in front of “Cafe le Nemours” on Place Colette. The nearest metro station is Palais Royal, be sure to take exit 5 “Place Colette“.

As you come out of the metro exit, turn around and you will see Cafe le Nemours. Our guide will be there holding a “Walks in Europe” sign.

•Please find your guide at the meeting spot. They will have the tickets with them. Your guide will have a sign that says Walks In Europe.

•Due to restrictions imposed by the museum, the total number of people in each group is limited to 6. If the group is larger, it may be split into different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point so each guide gets 6 people each.

•Only private tours are wheelchair accessible.

•Group tours: No wheelchairs, walkers, or elevator access available during the tour. Please consider mobility limitations before booking.

•Strikes at the Louvre may happen and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, we will offer a guided walking tour of Paris for 2 hours instead.
