About this experience
Enjoy a 8 hour day trip to Tivoli purposely tailored for your family! Tivoli is about 45 minutes away from Rome by car. We will pick you up at your accomodation in Rome and with a comfortable van we will bring you to Hadrian's Villa first. A local professional kids friendly guide will let you discover the Emperor's country residence, the thermal baths, the theatre and much more! Then, we will reach the so-called Temple of Hercules and Villa Gregoriana where you will have lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the UNESCO-listed Villa d'Este with its spectacular water games, fountains, Renaissance gardens and frescoes. You will love Tivoli and its great sites!

Our kids firendly guide will wait for you just outside Hadrian’s Villa in Tivoli. The villa was the vast country residence of Emperor Hadrian where he spent his free time few miles away from the political battlefield of Rome.
You and your children will learn more about the life of a Roman Emperor playing among the amazing ruins of his thermal baths, theatres, pools, artificial grottoes and other wonders! Then you will have lunch nearby Villa Gregoriana, a park destination of artists and poets ever since the 1800s.

In the afternoon your guide will bring you to Villa d’Este, a Reinassance house and Garden Worldwide famous as Tivoli gardens. This Villa is a masterpiece of Reaissance art. It was the residence fo Cardinal Ippolito D'Este decorated byMichelangelo and Raphael disciples with beautiful frescoes of mithological and historic episodes. Spectacular water spills make Villa d'Este an earthly paradise.
Hundreds of fountains decorate the gardens with zoomorphic and mithological statues. Your kids will love it! In the afternoon, at the end of the tour your private driver will bring you back to your hotel in Rome.
