The One Hour 'Sailing in The Bay' experience is the perfect way to see Table Mountain and Cape Town’s Atlantic shoreline aboard a luxury Sailing Catamaran
Leaving from the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, the routing is weather dependent; either to Milnerton and back if the south-easter is blowing, or towards Robben Island in north-westerly wind conditions.
With either option, you’ll experience the excitement and thrills of sailing in Table Bay aboard one of Waterfront Charters beautiful yachts – with chilled refreshments aboard it’s the perfect way to spend an hour.

Waterfront Charters offers Sailing in The Bay aboard two beautiful catamarans.
1) Esperance, a 16m (50 ft.) schooner with twin masts and twin seating areas
2) Serenity One, a 12m (40 ft.) state-of-the-art sailing catamaran.
Cruise departure time is 11h00 and 13h00 from the Quay 5, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
Cruises are subject to wind speed and direction, and the skippers always choose the most comfortable course. During the summer season the route is often across Table Bay towards Milnerton Lighthouse. In winter months, the direction is often along the Clifton coastline or towards Robben Island. Chilled refreshments are served throughout (cash bar available). Lunch add-on available.
Passengers MUST collect their boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure of boat at
Shop 5, Quay 5, V&A Waterfront. The check-in will close 30 mins prior to departure. And to allow time to walk to the boat.
