You will visit the Gran Hotel Bolívar, home to the best pisco sour, called La Catedral. We will learn about its origins and creation.

Stop 2

Here we will jironear (walk throwJirón de la Unión) as we did in ancient and modern times, and we will visit some chicken restaurants, where the history, preparation and ingredients of the grilled chicken and the broaster chicken will be explained, we will also taste the chicha morada, the causa limeña and the suspiro de Lima.

Stop 3

Here we will enter the Senior Blue, one of the best restaurants in downtown Lima. Here we will try the drink of the Inca gods (Chicha de Jora). Its origin will be explained, and we will prepare ceviche (special gourmet class).

House of the original pisco (the first pisco created), here we will discover its origin and preparation
