The Kenshô experience, which includes a tasting of sake, miso and other Japanese ferments, has been recognised by the Tarragona Provincial Council and highlighted by The Guardian as one of the discoveries of 2018. During the visit, the cultural richness of the Ebro Delta Natural Park and its rice tradition are explored.
The visit begins with an introduction to rice culture and the Ebro Delta Natural Park, accompanied by a first tasting of sake or amazake for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks. Afterwards, we will head to the tasting room, where a tasting of three varieties of sake will take place, combined with our miso and amazake.

The visit begins with an explanation about the rice culture and the Ebro Delta Natural Park, while we taste the first sake or amazake for those who do not drink alcohol. Afterwards, we will go to the tasting room where we will taste 3 types of sake paired with our miso and amazake. IMPORTANT: Alcoholic beverages +18 years. Amazake option for those who do not drink alcohol.
