This is an olive oil tasting experience led by Chemist Maria Kalitsounaki a Professional olive oil taster and judge in the Pancretan and the International Olive Oil Competition ATHENA. Her mission is to share her knowledge about olive oil and increase awareness of consuming a quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil and inspire people to insert olive oil in their life. You will taste the higly awarded Cretan Olive Oil Pathos so you will have the chance to learn the unique flavor profile of Cretan Koroneiki variety and why it is so famous. Along this olive oil workshop, you will discover how to distinguish a defective olive oil from a good one, empowering you to make informed choices every time you shop for olive oil and pair specific olive oils with various cuisines, elevating your culinary creations from ordinary to extraordinary.
