10 : 30 a.m. Arrival in the community of Nuevo Tingo and departure on the first cable car of Peru to the station of Malca.
11 : 30 a.m. Arrival at the Malca and visit the interpretation center, where we will learn about the Chachapoyas culture and the importance that kuelap played in the sacred geography of our ancestors.
12 :00 p.m. Hike to the archaeological complex of Kuelap.
12:30 p.m.: Arrival and visit of the inner part of the fortress of Kuelap (60 to 90 minutes), in which your guide will explain and release all the information of this monument which dates from the sixth century AD, then brief visit to the replica
of a circular Chachapoya house just outside said fortress.
01 : 50 p.m. Return to the Malca boarding station to take a cable car to the community of Nuevo Tingo.
03 :00 p.m. Arrive to the community to enjoy a delicious lunch.
04 :00 p.m. Departure to the Utcubamba valley where you can appreciate from the natural viewpoint the archaeological complex of Macro on the other side of the mountain; return to the city of Chachapoyas.
05:00 p.m. Arrival in the city of Chachapoyas.
