Corcovado National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most important biological reserves and one of the most biodiverse places in the world (more than 2%). It is mainly done from San Pedrillo station, in case there is no availability of quotas or that, due to SINAC regulations it is not impossible to enter through this station, the tour will be offered from Campanario station, a sector of primary forest. Both stations offer very similar trails and an equally authentic experience within Corcovado National Park. During the tour Iras accompanied by certified naturalist guides who will give you detailed information along the walk. You will be able to observe a wide variety of flora and fauna in their natural habitation. Among the animals you can find are: Saines, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, sloths, a wide variety of birds, insects and hopefully a tapir or even a cougar.
