Select your Direction (Arrival: Airport to Hotel / Departure: Hotel to Airport) and choose the Vehicle Type that fits your group.
(Note: Please specify if you arrive at SHA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. If you need a Child Seat, please mention it in the "Special Requirements").
2. 24 Hours Before:
Our operation team will send you the driver's contact info, license plate number, and a meeting point guideline via message/WhatsApp to ensure a smooth connection.
3. The Pickup:
From Hongqiao Airport (SHA): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign right at the Arrival Hall Exit of your terminal (T1 or T2). The driver will assist you with your luggage.
From Hotel: Your driver will wait at the Hotel Lobby entrance 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
4. The Ride:
Sit back and relax in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz.
Route: Direct transfer via highway to your destination (All tolls and parking fees are included).
Duration: Approx. 30-50 minutes to downtown Shanghai (depending on traffic and hotel location).
5. Drop-off:
