9:30am, departure from Paris. If you do not choose the private transportation included option, the precise address in the village of Saulchery will be provided after booking.

Tips on HOW TO GET THERE on your own:
1. use UBER or UBER RESERVE (up to 90 days in advance) to book your ride there and back (expect 150 euros one way for 4 people).
2. RENT A CAR: expect 150 euros for a mid-range car for 2 days.
3. TAKE A DIRECT LOCAL TRAIN from Paris (57 min). At Gare de l'Est (Paris East railway station), buy 2 tickets at the counter or machine. The first is a RER ticket valid up to Nanteuil-Saâcy station (the last station in Île-de-France region) + a second ticket valid from Nanteuil-Saâcy to Nogent-l'Artaud Charly. With your 2 tickets, from Gare de l'Est station, take RER P direct train to Nogent-l'Artaud station (57 min ride). Suggested departures: 9:17am or 9:49am (every day). On arrival, take a very pleasant 10-min walk to your hosts, following the GPS on your phone.

Around 1:30pm, take a walk with your hosts in the Champagne vineyards just across the street and explore the typical French village of Saulchery (vineyards + village round trip from the mansion = 1-mile walk).

2pm, along with your hosts, meet a local Champagne producer in his own estate and take part in a Champagne tasting!

3pm, departure from Saulchery. Drive back to Paris (1hr30min) or direct train ride (57 min, see info above).
